Some of you may have known this trick or what not, but I haven't seen any threads on how it's done. So, I'm going to post this code to give heros more abilities. This is my version of Palpatine, his "normal abilities" include whirlwind and area convert. However, I added FORCE Crush and FORCE lighting as special abilities Warning! TL;DR! I haven't tried to add anymore yet, this is the 1st time it's worked successful. I'm going to try to see if tractor beaming can work in the future.

There a several references to various lightsaber combat styles , what do they do ?

woot? 100% chance of block and redict? is the effect staying forever? or is there a timelimit? dude i like the combat style stuff. can i add this into my mod?

No, it stays forever; but this is for my mod. I upped the damage and health for everything. It makes Palpatine practically invincible to regular units.

Sure you can use; I don't mind/care. It's not 100% complete. I just want to see if it works for anyone else...

Caine, I've done this before, and it works like a charm. Though others have said that adding an additional user input attack(total of 3) is possible, but I haven't done it with success.

I gave a tractor beam ability to a ground unit as a special attack just to see if it would work, and it worked.

Unfortunately, I've recently got hit with massive viruses, and had to do a clean install of windows. I have not had a chance yet to restore my mod folder. So I don't have the info handy, but I'm almost 100% sure it was a "Special attack", and not a "user input" attack. But I think I was doing it to see if the tractor beam ability would work on a ground unit. Just a though, I did manage to give a Star Destroyer 6 tractor beams that are autofire. When I get up 100% I'll PM you with that info.

I'm bumping this up because I have a question related to abilities and codes...

Now, with LUA scripting you can do amazing things. I'm curious to know is it possible to LUA script bombing runs? Lets say I make a Clone Commando, and one of his abilities involve am Air strike (aka bombing run), is it possible?

Mr Caine, I think it was my General Madine, or General Reiiken model that I uploaded at alpha blue, that I made a lua scripted bombardment ability. But it is just little more coding to spawn a bomber at the "attacker entry position" marker, and then command it to attack.

What if it's in skirmish? In skirmish it just comes in at the point opposite the map, as if the map were a circle.
