I'm not an expert XML coder, I've only done a few things. But I don't imagine making it a transport is that much more difficult then say adding an ability. I'll give it a go later, see if I can figure it out.

Yeah, it is that easy to make something capable of carrying troops. In the desired untis XML file, paste

Infantry, Vehicle 100030

And in vehicle behaviour put GARRISON_VEHICLE

Then simply adjust the various things you want, and walah. If you notice, the garrison category says vehicle, when I tested I put it as infantry only, so I'm not sure what the vehicle does, but I assume it means you can store vehicles in it. Which would be handy, because then pelicans could bring in warthogs or scorpians, just like the games.

Oddslayerhonestly, those models look Shit...personally. the frigate is bigger than the Cruiser not to mention the cruiser is obese

I agree,for an example the Halcyon is longer and a bit sleeker than that model. Pretty nice someone finally does this mod though.The USNC ships only uses MACS and missiles not lasers,use this for the canon size of ships:Category:Starship Classifications,and - Halopedia - Halo Wiki with Halo 3 Walkthroughs, Weapons, and more! well as you'll see the frigate is MUCH smaller than the Halcyon cruiser.An idea i got :You could make an tech level for the USNC,for an example the Halcyon-cruiser would be upgraded to the Marathon cruiser which has 3 Macs and not 1 as the Halcyon has.A MAC shot could be like an ion cannon shot but yellow and smaller,The Covenant uses plasma weapons on their ships.Which probably looks like the standard ship lasers in EaW but purple.I wish you the best luck in making this mod!I'm really looking forward to this.

does that work with flying vehicles though?

and sithspit, that isn't a frigate, that was supposed to just be a big ship, before I realised it's resemblance to the frigate and removed it from the mod. the pic I showed you was quite an old one.

thats an understatement if i ever read one, he has large group of people helping directly or indirectly, i have seen some crap, i have seen model that all i could say was WTF where you thinking, but man you need to find some better modeler, cause them are a 0/10 on my rating they just are wrong, wrong, wrong

That means if the vehicle had the GARRISON_UNIT, it would work.

Knowing XML code, it would. Just because the vehicle moves in the air, doesn't really make it any differant then say a walker, not as XML is concerned anyways.

Lawlz, I meant for to be like (He has Tons of experience In all subjects of modding, with tons of help) i Didn't mean to make it sound like i was "Dissing" Freno's Mod ;)
