You may have to put it in the same folder with the Config.meg then do it. Not sure.

EDIT: Make a copy of the Config.meg and put it in a different folder with the extractor. Then try and use the extractor and see if it works.

EDIT: Also the word "Config" is capitalized and doesn't have .meg after it.

for EAW its in the gamedata/data folder, for FOC its in the FOC/data folder there's also other .meg files such as models.meg and textures.meg, these are to extract exactly what the name states, the models and textures but until you learn a little more i would just stick with the xml files which are located in config.meg
