.... make a custom maps folder in your data folder titled CustomMaps. your supposed to put it here: C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption\Data yes i know thats what u just stated but thats wut u do. when u load the game and play skirmish click on the custom maps icon thats beside the official maps icon. they will be in that list. If they arent or u cant click on the custom maps option u will probably want to get the latest patch for the game so u can select the custom maps option. that's all i can think of.

When you say don't work do you mean you're getting an error or the maps just aren't there.

you make the custommaps folder in ur eaw data folder. an easier way would to just download the map editor. it will make the folder for you.

steps to find Custom Maps folder-

1. Go to My Computer and open it 2. Open Local Disk ( C: ) 3. Open Program Files 4. Open LucasArts 5. Open Star Wars Empire at War 6. Open Game Data 7. Open Data

Your Custom Maps folder should be in there. If there is no Custom Maps folder in there, create one that says "Custom Maps" (without those quotes and it must be capitolized like that). Now whenever you download a map, save it in that folder. When the download is complete, go into that folder and extract the map from the .zip/.rar file it is in into the Custom Maps folder. Then play EaW.

When you play EaW, go to skirmish and instead of choosing from official maps; click the button that says custom maps, then choose your map and play.
