If you look in factions.xml, you will find these 2 lines, 126, 27, 27, 255 126, 27, 27, 255

Just change the numbers to change the color.

the line are important too: The Empire's is "255, 255, 255, 255", which means white. The Rebels is "whatever-it-is", which means red.

This is why all ships and vehicles under Imperial usage that don't have a line for "" in them will all be white. Tie fighters have a dark grayish color for their colorization color, but Acclamators don't have the line at all, hence, Tie's have dark gray wings, and Acclamators are white, Corellian Corvette's have 255,255,255,255 (white) as theirs, which is why they aren't red, whereas the X-wings and T2Bs are red, because they have no colorization colors. Ba-da-bing. These are fun to play with on individual units. I threw this line into the Alliance Assault Frigate:

125, 125, 125, 255

I gave it this color to make it look a little more like a Dreadnaught color-wise. Though I'm thinking of darkening it a bit (like to "110,110,110,100") Of course, I think there's a pre-existing colorization line on the Alliance Assault Frigate of 255,255,255,255 that needs to be replaced.

Rebel - Red Empire - White/Clear ZC - Yellow (hence why a few-too-many of their ground units are yellow) Hutts - Orange Hostile - Purple (hence why Mandalorians all have purple armor) Sarlacc - Purple The colorization color for the Pirates is supposedly yellow, but I've seen it be an orangish-red as well (I think this has to do with the fact that many Pirate-affiliated units are also affiliated with other factions as well, and this weird color is a default, maybe...)

I hate it when that happens - I really, really hate it. I would suggest undoing all the past steps you've done, working backwards and saving copies of the removed things until it works. Other than that, I don't know what to tell you.
