Hello Community, Can someone please explain how to use the Alamo Viewer? I have downloaded, and clicked on the alaviewer.exe and can get the program to open. I click File, and open model, and can see the model of appear in the viewspace of the viewer, but no textures... Does the Alamo Viewer need to be installed in a particular location, for mine is on the desktop. The .alo file I am opening is also located on the desktop, along with the texture. Someone mentioned there is an options tab, but I cannot find it. I see the options to : show bones, show ground, show wireframe, and under the Game Tab is only says Empire at War and FOC with arrows to the right that say "unmodded". How do I load textures? Any help on this matter would be most appreciated.

The model with textures must be placed in Art files of one of the mods Then you open the file, choose the mod and there you go.

I have created a folder inside of FOC called Mods. Inside that folder I have created another folder called Test, and inside that folder I have placed the .alo file and the .dds file. I have opened the AloViewer and selected the .alo file from the Mods/Test folder. I have then clicked on the Game Tab of the AloViewer and selected FOC/Test/_.alo. The 3D model appears in the viewing window, but still no texture. The .dds file and the .alo file are free floating inside of the "Test" folder, which is inside of Mods. Is there something I am missing? The AloViewer states at the bottom the window that the Texture file is missing?

Set paths like that: Test/Art/Models/-alo file-/ Test/Art/Textures/-dds files-/
