Is it possible to make the orbital bombardment in FOC like Stewie's avatar?

There is already an orbital bombardment in FoC you have to have an Capital ship in orbit to do it in GC and for Skirmish you have to reserch it in the reserch center.

lol i did that yesterday, you copy the imperial bombardments projectile over and change the model to the one the ion cannon uses
