I'm trying to make standard units mildly inaccurate like in the moves and TV show. However, the infantry seem to be sharpshooters no matter how high i make the inaccuracy range.

Unfortunately I am not able to help you, I only know how to change the accuracy of things in space :/.. I am sure there's a way though
