I have off and on messed around with getting a model in game, and it appears I get stuck at a certain point. If any experienced modellers can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it! 1. When applying the shaders, as shown in the applying shaders tutorial, to the model, it disappears from view. I render it, and nothing shows. I did uv unwrap it using the flattened mapping technique. What am I doing wrong? 2. If the model is not properly prepared (uv'd, boned, shaders) when saving as .alo does it crash 3ds max 7? Or is my .alo plugin not working properly with 3ds max 7? As I am just learning how to model, I am simply trying to get a cube in game.
