I have a question for all you experienced modders out there, the only moddeling program i have is Renx/Gmax and it doesnt work with the ALA file for models, what moddeling program would i use?

ANy modelling program can be made to create the models themselves, but I would suggest one that can export to Autodesk 3ds format (denoted by the extension .3ds). Then import the file into 3dmax 6/8 (making sure the textures are in the same folder as the model so that they are easier for rendering purposes), and your ready for converting.

He has two modeling programs neither export animation files that he desires. If he wants .alo and .ala it's 3ds max 6 or 8

dont know if this is on topic or not, but how do you create and export .ala files?

ive been trying, but not getting the animation thing down either... the frames are confusing me
