uhm i was wondering if it was possible to make models from Steiners Advanced Units mod also buildable/useable in Awakening of the Rebellion. Cuz i want the Providence and Vulture droid also in AoTR and ofcourse the N-1 Fighter and the Leviathan-class :). And how do i make new hero's?

yeah. just copy the hardpoints and the ship info into aotr. since they are both made by SMG, the scaling should be fine already. The only thing is that you should model the build structures, planets, and tech stuff off of other aotr units cause those might be different. Once you're done that, you should probably edit the mastertext file accordingly. Also, move the textures and models into the appropriate folders (I've been doing some personalization of AotR myself :))

for a new hero, I would suggest just base said new hero off of some that are already in the mod. If youre unsure about something, just leave it the same as the aotr hero. To make the heros appear in the campaign, look in STORY_SANDBOX_##_[REB/EMP].XML or for general tech triggered spawning, STORY_[REB/EMP]_AI_HEROES_EXP.XML (<-- I used this one) anyways, this is what you should use for the first:

STORY_TRIGGERUNIQUE_UNITJan_Dodonna_FrigateYaga_MinorRebels_Enter_Tech_02

and this for the second:

I'm not exactly sure what makes them respawn, but its somewhere in there
