Alright so i had a idea at work today, I love Star Wars AND StarGate yet StarGate has had so few games made for it even though it is one of the longest running and most loved shows in the Sci-Fi catagory.

So i got to messing around with the XML files on Empire at War and found out how easy it would be to make a total conversion modification to this game for Star-Gate. StarGate Has as much content as star-wars and I have already came up with the Human Alliance against the Goa'uld Fascist'. So far i have come up with some simple modification requirments to do this. Such as, For Human Alliance there is Several Ships that can be used Like the...

X-303 a%3EIMG%5D24m982o.jpg This Ship combines advanced human engineering with asgaurd shielding and transportation. For instance, i would convert a moncalmari cruiser mesh into this ship and add 2 Hanger Bays that spawn a F-302 which is a space fighter . add 4 rail guns (i have made these already, they fire tracer rounds)

Also Stargate shows a simularity where there is a large amount of species and a equally large amount of planets. This would open up the area for galactic conquest mode.

To make this post as short as possible to not bore you i will wrap this up

Basically i need somone who knows how to make a website, then we can put up some stuff for people to read and put up as much info as we can on the mod. Mabey this will get the support we would need to get this off the ground.

personally i have never made or modified a mesh, but i have heavily modified the xml files and have a good understanding of how they work in unison with the .meg files and so forth.

this mod (http://eaw.finalfront.net/) work very slow:bawl:. AND i love stargate to. also when you make a total conversion mod :bows::bows::bows: thats great i will help you but i cant anything (just maping)

ya there already is a mod just like everyone said and i wish i had the Republic clone army under my control and they didnt have Order 66 programed in them

They were created to obey the Leader of the Grand Army of the Republic - and since Palpy was given that position a few weeks before he was captured that meant that they had to obey order 66
