I downloaded two new planets *Trandosha and Alaris Prime* and was wondering if its possible to add the two to the campaigns - you know, like if your playing as the Empire the Rebels have it or if your playing as the Rebels the Empire has it
I've already got the two working for Single Player
Well having new planets is really good. In FOC will be more I hope at least 2 times more with a bigger Galactic map , like the one in Rebellion which had many planets to conquer.
As nice as that is, I'd like too add these two planets for the main campaigns... any help anyone could offer would be nice
It shouln't be diffiult. I know how to add planets but I can't remember how to add them in the GC map. However there should be an xml with already the plnets set properly. Or you want to add them to your personal GC map??
I know how to add planets as well, I already added them to the planets but they didn't show up and neither did the traderoutes

You have to do this twice once for rebs and then for the imps
for the single player camp add it to campaigns alpha. and you have to be careful because the campaigns are scripted to reveal planets at certain time so if you want it like that you are going to have to script it
The trade routes also have to be added into the campaigns alpha xml code like the gc code
Gotcha, The alphas :) thanks
I don't spend enough time here

In GC you need to add the the planets to each campaign that you want them to appear in can't remember the name of the XML file but I think you set the planetary control and starting structures and units in the same file

You need to edit this file for the GC Galactic Map - as it affects each campain so you have to do the one ones you want to add the planets to. You DONT have to do every single one - just the Campain you want the extra planets to show up in. Edit the trade routes xml file if you want to have a trade route between certain planets your adding or to existing ones.
You dont have to actually do that though - I haven't added any new trade routes to mine but have added several planets - they work fine and light up when you are occupying near by planets. - never had a problem doing it that way.
What I can't figure out is how to place in GC map, I mean the righ place as there is not a GC editor.
