Is there any way to resize the rings around planets in galactic conquest mode? I'm resizing the planets, so I would like to resize the rings around them as well.

Hmm, don't know but try in SpaceProps.xml and Planets.xml maybe.

The rings are part of the planet model. So resizing the planet model in SpaceProps.XML would reduce the size of the rings too, but they can't be changed independently, unless of course you create an entirely new model.

Yes that's right. You would have to make a new model, but i think that rings are accurate in scale, just rescale planets and rings will auto-scale to with the planets, so they stay accurate.

Just so we're clear, I'm talking about the selection rings, and no they don't resacale with the planet . I've looked through planets.xml and spaceprops.xml, but can't find anything.

Turns out they do automatically resize, but not with the model. The closer the camera is, the smaller the rings are.
