I'v tried editing the xml files...put it keeps jumping to the internet instead...why?

You should open them with Word or Notepad or something similiar.

It's not really on the internet, the window just looks the same. When you get there just go "File" and go to "Open with XML editor."

Ok you guys... I've change the tech-level to 99...but they still show up in galactic conquest... what am I doing wrong here?
