*Please only post if you have answers. Thank you. Also, please give me answers, not mod names! Hi, I'm wondering what is the best scale factor for realism. This is kind of like how I would like you to post: ex. Name of Unit, Unit Class, or Structure: The scale factor size

You don't have to post it like that, but that would be much easier for me. Thanks in advanced.

If you go to Starwars.com, look in the Databank, it will show you the length of all starships in the SW galaxy. Pick one(like maybe a Nebulon_b Frigate) then base the rest of the ships around that. That would probably be the best source of information.

If you want the best scale factors do what Sidious said (although I would recommend starting with something other than a nebulon B frigate, because that would make other units huge)

The problem with totally realistic scale factors is the Imperial ships, namely the two corvettes, are several times larger than their Rebel counterparts (a Tartan is twice the size of a Nebulon frigate in canon). Also, most consortium units have no official size

I think the best way to scale is you make ISD the standard of all. Then you scale down and up on all other units based on the ISD

any numbers someone else quotes are gonna be flawed in some way, and probably from a mod

as some wise man whose name i cant remember once said 'If you want something doing well, do it yourself'. Put the units alongside each other in game and measure them on the screen with a ruler (or be super high tech and screen cap it, then measure the pixel size)
