I made my own space rescale mod for EaW and FoC, and i would like to add Kyle and Mara back in both games. I'm not sure how many XML files I have to modify, etc, so could anyone of you take 15 minutes and do this for me? what i want is:

- Mara Jade and Kyle Katarn available for all modes (campain, GC, and skirmish) in both EaW and FoC (two seperate XML folders please) - I'd like them to be Tech lvl 1 - For space, Kyle using the Moldy Crow and Mara using a Z-95 (landing ship models would be appreciated, but isnt needed. I just want them) Skills aren't needed on both vessels since they're lvl 1, but of course would be appreciated.

I've really been trying to add them myself, i know a bit how XMLs work, but i haven't been able to do it. So if you could send/upload two XML folders - one for each game - with the nessessary changes done to have them both in the conditions i put above, that would be plain awesome. Don't worry about model scaling, i can do that myself.

Do it yourself, thats how you learn, take your time in learning how xmls and the coding for eaw works.

Why do you think I'm asking someone to do it? If I wanted to become a modder, I would do it, but i don't. Once I have that, I'll be satisfied and probably won't mod anything again for this game. So I don't really want to spend hours (spent 2 already trying and re-trying) messing with tons of XMLs, trying to find out which ones i need to edit and where, when someone generous enough here could probably do it in 10 minutes.

If I wanted to make a new model from scratch, create textures, create stats, etc etc, then yes 2 hours wouldn't be much. But if I simply want to add 2 characters who are basically already in the game by editing XML files, 2 hours is long. I don't know which ones to edit, i tried uniqueunits, herocompanies, and several others, but theres always something missing, THATS why I asked if someone would like to help me out. I ain't insulting your modding skills or whatever, I'm saying I don't have the patience and the knowledge you guys have.

namedheroes.xml, herocompanies.xml, starbases.xml, specialstructures.xml, and if you want them in GC you'll have to go through a long list of 'sandbox' xml's.

well namedheroes in the unit itself, herocompanies is for the hero company (which is only the hero unit), starbases is for space skirmish, specialstructures is for ground skirmish, and yeah the sandbox xml's are for GC.

The moldy crow was never coded in for EaW. The easy way to put it in is to copy the A-Wing code from spaceunitsfighters.xml and change the model name to Nv_MoldyCrow.alo.

In herocompanies.xml, change the company transport to "MoldyCrow" for Kyle, and change the company transport to "Z_95_Fighter" for Mara.
