Hello,

I've got several questions and problem that i want to solve. Let's make a listing:

-What to do, if i want that a hero is spawned when tech level up? I've searched the herounit code but found nothing.

-How can i change a hero side, for instance, giving home one to the empire? (still spawning when tech level rises?)

- The venator is in land unit list (for creation) but goes in the sapece after beeing created, how do I correct that?

-I've got 2 ships that come in battle totally green textured. But the textures are in the right folder.

-How to incorporate custom sounds? I've tried that for exemple:

Grevious_attack

while puting the "Grevious_attack.wav" into data/audio/sfx/SFX2D_Non_Localized.meg

Well, i'ld be very happy if you could help me doing those things. Thanks =)

The Venator thing sounds like you just changed the Tab that it's built on, you need to make a Company and stuff for said land unit...

1- Hero's spawning at certain tech levels in gc is done through story xmls. find the gc map you want to add them to, find the reference to the story xml and within that xml is reference to the actual necessary xml that has the parameters for various events including hero spawning. 2-try changing affiliation or create a unit variant with the changed affiliations for the hero unit you want to change factions. 3- green textured ships indicate a lack of shaders or incorrect ones. missing textures would result in your units having the petro logo as a texture. 4 - no idea with the sfx question 5- kalo's already answered the venator question
