Hello, I actually have a problem, i built my mod with 30 Tech level, which begins in the Old republic and ends with the yuuzhan vong. All works fine except the fighters. Once a player pass tech level 5, capital ships don't spawn fighters anymore. I searched in many XML files, but found nothing. Can you please help me? :( Thanks from now to all

However, is it possible to have tech lvls higher than 5? Also, the capships that are above tech5 dont spawn fighters or these which is buildable earlier?
yes It is Possible (As Far as I know) to make Tech levels Above 5 but I how ever do not know how to solve your problem.
In fact, all ships can spawn fighters or other ships, even if they are configured to appear level 19, but once the player tech level (ingame) reach 6, all ships (even those that are available in level 0 1 2 3 4 or 5) can't spawn fighters anymore.

Hmmm, interesting problem. I must admit I've never tried to create more than 5 tech level, so I don't really know the solution. I've tried to look in the most common XMLs, but no luck. Maybe the game's engine doesn't allow you to use more than 6 tech levels, and this causes your problem. If you can't solve your problem, a 'soulution' can be (also never tried): Try to put every units into a company (like and ground troops or the fighter squadrons) and set fighter squadrons to be in to company too. This is not the best, but still better than nothing.

Sounds like you want to steal it. --- Well, I think it has something to with the spawn fighter code. It says "tech_o" somewhere in it, perhaps once its over tech 5 its no longer looking for "tech_0" but something else, like Tech_6. If it is than it'd be cool
I did more tests, and it seems that problem happens when reaching level 7 instead of the level 6. I still don't have found the solution Yes i first though clonecommander wants to steal my mod, but for the moment, it is not finished yet, most of heros are not completed, half of the ships have not their right firepower and health (the same for the shipyards and the space stations)... so anyone getting my mod in its actual state should have some problems to play, so i have nothing to loose to send it lol. And yes, if i succeed to finish it, i could send it to the personns which wants it.(but i have to warn you, its text file is a french one). And it will need a nice computer because i wants to build the real starwars galactic map.
