well for the cloud cars, or what ever you need to code those yourself unless you can find someone that can do that coe or has that code to give it too you

Hi all, basically im working on a map similar to those planets, and im wondering many things: How do i; get units say like bespin cloud cars, or tie fighters to just 'patrol' or fly around the map, and they cannot stop or be destroyed? Have parts of the map appearing to be floating like bespin? as you can see clouds underneath, which is a dome? Thanks guys ill post some screenies soon.;

Have parts of the map appearing to be floating like bespin? as you can see clouds underneath, which is a dome?

Go to Texture tab, select any slot (with texture or not) scroll down to the 'options', mark the 'Hole' box, and you can make awesome maps. The clouds in Bespin map is a Skydome, you can select it in the Nature tab - ah, and there are things on that tab that can give a very cool or realistic look.

Sidious Invader is working on a mod that will help with this.

Oki, Can anyone code me the flying GROUND gullofree transport and cloud cars to fly around the map. neutral and undisturbed>

Well... it may be hard for the Gallofree because it will look like it's flying in like speeders in ForceCommander.

Coding such thing isn't easy, if you want them to move by themselves (like if it was background). Wait for Sidious Invader mod... But if you want them to be 'controlable', it isn't that hard... Take a look at the Snowspeeder code and change a few things... Wait, I think there's a unfinished code for ground Y-Wing and Gallofree in GroundVehicles.xml... ;D

OBS: The Cloud Car can be coded as unit, but no weapons, since it doesn't have the necessary bones, and the other bones of the model would look a bit crappy if firing...

I will upload my trigger mod, very soon! Look for my thread on "Story Triggers" for a more detailed description. I only need to create models for the surface versions of the fighters, so they arn't sunk in the ground when created. I guess I can make a land model of the Gallofree also. And then I need to do a good readme so people can easily know how to use these triggers, and modify the .luas to suit their needs.

EDIT: I may have to make a cloud car model as well, the model in game is cinematic only.

Sidious Invader, just change Z Layer position... I think there's no need for creating new models... Or am I wrong? Anyway, good luck... ;D Did you add the Landing/Taking off every 30 secs trigger for all the transports too? =D Sorry to go 'off-topic'... =P
