This is more a thought than a project, i know many people would love to see a mod that changes the Era to Clone Wars between Episode 1 - 3. Acculy if you look around the existing mods you could make that mod now. A lot of FOC mods have a full arsenal of CIS unites, including ships, droid and tanks. And we allready have The Vendator, Acclimators and other Republic ships in the mods and Clone trooper skins and mods that includes ground unites for Republic. So my idea was that why not combine those mods in to one mod and then remove most of old unites and replace it with those?. Here are just a few pictures i could find the shows what is ready to use.

Vendator: 77047_2.jpg Clones: 77640_1.jpg Droids: 67470_2.jpg CIS Tank: 68653_3.jpg Munificent Frigate: 70349_2.jpg And i could keep finding more. I hope you guys think this as an project as i do, then maybe we can make something out of it, personaly i know nothing of making mods.

There are already a number of Mods about the Clone Wars. Wait for z3r0x V4 or Imperial Assault 2.

I know that there are many clone wars mods in work, personality i dont like clone wars mods. Im just saying many mods use so long time on making their own modles and people give up on them because they wait to long. If they just took thoses models and edited the XML files it would easy done, i might be wrong please correct me ^^

It's a fool's errand to think you can just wip a mod out like that. Sure it's great having all the models made for you and even some one else's XML code to hand. You still can't just putting mods together like that over night. What you probably don't realise is, that every mod that has been made are coded to use different things. Like projectiles code, projectiles like custom projectiles use different texture files and require work. You can't just say "Oh I like that model from that mod I will use it" and then you go and import it and expect it all to work ok. There is also the fact of where is the fun in using other peoples work all the time ? - I have permission to use different things from different mods.. - but don't you want to change it from the way it was coded by some one else ? - You might not like the way they coded some thing - you might want to change it to work for your mod the way you want it.

Making a mod is not all about copy and pasting other peoples work and then expect to get a great mod out of it. Good mods take time to make and test. This is life.. People who get fed up waiting don't have a clue about how much work you need to do to produce a mod that is free of bugs, and plays right. JMO :)
