Does anyone know how to unlock the Jedi Cruiser? I did it with EAW a long time ago, but I can't remember how to do it in FOC. I can find the Jedi Cruiser info in the UniqueUnits.xml--but I just don't know how to make it buildable. Thanks for your help :)

Change

No

to

Yes

And then add GC build time and cost lines. You can find this in the coding of any unit buildable in GC.

Thanks for that. Another question-- How do I edit the "picture" of the Jedi Cruiser when it appears in one of the three boxes above the planet in GUI? For example, the Imperial Star Destroyer, Victory Star Destroyer, etc. all have LARGER icons that appear when those ships are available, but the Jedi Cruiser has a puny little icon. I'm sure there's a way to change that--there's a nice picture of the Jedi Cruiser in the Mt_commandbar file that's in my textures folder, but I can't figure out how to "map" that picture so it links to my Jedi Cruiser icon. Does my question make sense? Thanks again!!

You must have the MT_Commandbar.tga and the other file, and the MTD editor to add pictures to the Commandbar. And if the icon is a large one for GC (such as the star destroyer), it seems to just link itself, i'm not sure how though.. maybe it has a similiar name, it's easy to make the Venator-class (jedi cruiser) to be buildable. Do you know the lines "Sith of Steel" is referring to?

I got it, thanks. I was able to open the commandbar files in MTD editor. I was able to figure it out: apparently there are "big" files referring to the icons that will appear larger in the GUI display. I was able to add one I created for the Jedi Cruiser, and it worked just fine. Thank you
