Ok, I tried reinstalling it and that did not solve the problem. Then I deleted the xml files and the game would not launch without those files. What else can I do? Just so you know, this game has played fine on this computer in the past, so I really have no idea why this problem occurs. I just want to fix it!

I'm not totally sure, but the error message seems to say that something is wrong with your graphics card. I would suggest either updating your graphics card drivers, or going into Device Manager and deleting your graphics card from the computer. After you do that, it will re-install the card and it should be fine. I'm guessing you have an nVIDIA card. Maybe it's crashing when it loads the 3D stuff. Hope this helps.:)
