I remember a while ago I was looking at various EAW threads and noticed that one user said that you can alter something in the starbases.xml file and make starbases move, i was wondering if anyone can tell me how to allow them to move and suggets how fast I should allow them to move. Thanks.

i havent actually tried it myself, but you probally need to add an engine hardpoint..... then, you can Copy+Paste the movement Data from a slow ship, say an SSD.... probally wont work, ive never tried it

No, you do NOT need an engine hardpoint, there is a part of the unit xml that is seperate from hyperspace speed, try putting a 4 in there which is about as fast as a slow fighter, 1.5 would be about as fast as a large ship.
