Hi everyone, I am having some problems finding my favorite map. I am not sure which thread this belongs on so I just decided to post it here.
I recently had to uninstall my game and I decided to remove my maps and mods because I thought I had them backed up. I was able to find all my mods and maps besides 1 map. I do not remember what the map is called and I have been all over the Filefront site trying to find it. I know for a fact that when you choose the map in Skirmish mode it is listed as Cult Vengeance.
Here is a description:
4v4 Scirmish map 3 space stations surrounded by nebulas and asteroids with an opening in the center. The stations ate located at the bottom, top, and right hand side of the map, centered. Inside the nebula is the space station, 4 mining facilities, 3 asteroid stations, 4 turret platforms, and a gravity well generator.
The center of the map is a nebula with 4 mining facilities, 4 turrets, gravity well generator, and an asteroid station. The most notable feature of the map is a cluster of turrets in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, there are roughly 15 to 20 turrets.
Any help you can give me in finding this map is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Ummm...why don't you just click on your developer profile?
Find a file that was uploaded by you, look at the top of the page where it says the file size, when it was uploaded and who by.
Click on your name:
Then your developer profile should come up.
There you go! ^.^
You can now see all of the files you have sent into filefront EVER!
Thank you for the assistance but unfortunately I did not make the map. I simply found it and liked it. I'm not really worried about it anymore since I decided to just make one (a completely different map not a duplicate of the original). Its going well but my space stations are not spawning for some reason. Oh well, I'll figure it out. Thank you for the help.
Check the box that says "spawns units"
I made sure I checked the box, I enabled lvl 5, and set the Player Owner setting appropriately. I honestly don't know what the problem could be.
Thats odd...did you throw in any XML files that were not in the original EaW/FoC or have been edited?
