Don't bother hosting a server from a home comptuter - ultimately, they'll suck. Your PC will be made useless because of the server using up your system resources, the server's performance will be terrible, and both your computer and your server will be more vulnerable to malicious behavior.

If you can't get a professional server from a hosting company, then you're likely better off not bothering.

I don't know how, and I don't know why, but this is totally Sheep's fault.

That's cheap? I know a place where you can get an 18 slot server for 10 euros, which is more than half off the DSI price for a 16 slot server. Mind you, these servers would be based in germany, but they'd be very inexpensive.

to be honest, anyone can set a nice cheap price. whether they provide you with a good set of tools to manage your server, know a single thing about the game they are providing, or have decent uptime on their hardware is where the difference comes in. And as for the host you are referring to, i happen to know they dont have that.
