I've found about a half a dozen ROTJ saber hilts out there and not one of them have the correct saber color for luke's ROTJ hilt. Don't get me wrong, some of these look great, but I'm not satisfied with just the correct hilt. I would like to see a green blade as the default color when I initially pull out the blade.. I can't get a green blade unless I type it into the console. and I haven't been able to figure out how to bind a saber color to any specific key. What's weirder is that if I just use a luke skin mod, the saber comes out of my foot whenever it's ignited. So are there any mods out there that have the ROTJ luke hilt + the correct green blade?

Try this. Open Notepad and enter in the following: bind x (x being whatever key you want to bind) sabercolor green

Then save it as autoexec.cfg and put it in base. If it still doesn't work, let me know.

Okay, sounds good. I forgot to tell you because it was late and I was tired, add seta "helpusobi 1" as a line above bind x "sabercolor green" (which is something else I forgot to tell you, that's how I believe it should read in your autoexec, sabercolor green should be in quotation marks) in your custom autoexec.cfg; I believe that's the set command for helpusobi 1, because I don't think it'll let you activate your bind without that being enabled first.

do I type "save config" in the console? or do I just press the F12 button to do it automatically?

My apologies for not seeing your reply until now. No, once you type those lines in a text file, save it as autoexec.cfg and slap this in your base folder and then fire up your game. Then when you're ready to use the Luke saber, tap that key bind, whatever it is, and it'll change your blade to green. I wish there was a set command for the saber color like there is for Jedi Academy, but there isn't. So this is the next best thing.
