hello there,

I'm working with a friend of mine on a school project, we are creating a level in jk2.

I have made costume saber hilts (swords actually) for the npc's and the player character.

I've searched through the NPC file but I couldn't find something that looked like it could be used to asign saber hilts to a specific character.

is there a way to do this or should I forget the npc's and just overwrite for example the reborn player and saber model with my costume ones?

put the saber files in a folder a name the folder after the npc you want to use it E.G i want a reborn to have it so i name the folder saber_reborn or kyle etc.

Great that people are still making JK2 mods! As for your question: there is a way you can influence the saber the npc uses. You have to change the 'class' parameter, like this: Class Saber Tavion saber_reborn Reborn saber_reborn Luke saber_luke Desann saber_desann Kyle saber This also influences the force powers the npcs can and will use, and their combat style, and their saber length, so be careful. Use the 'reborn' or 'luke' class if you don't want them to use force powers. By the way, if you want help with special effects, pm me.
