Hey there,

I'm making a single player map in wich I need dead stormtroopers. So when the level starts you are in a room with already dead stormtroopers.

Does anyone know how to create dead stormtroopers at the beginning of a level.

Please help me.

look at the anims.h text file in the tools/gamesource folder.

BOTH_DEAD1, //# First Death finished pose BOTH_DEAD2, //# Second Death finished pose BOTH_DEAD3, //# Third Death finished pose BOTH_DEAD4, //# Fourth Death finished pose BOTH_DEAD5, //# Fifth Death finished pose BOTH_DEAD6, //# Sixth Death finished pose BOTH_DEAD7, //# Seventh Death finished pose

i believe you can set one of these anims in their spawn scripts. not sure of the exact scripting, fool with it a bit.

I can't find any folder named gamesource in the tools folder, let alone a text file named anims.h. Is this because I only have the first version of JKII Editing Tools?

I figured it out on my own. Yes, "part 2" of the JKII Editiing Tools is required. Strange. The Assimilate program would have absolutely no way of functioning without it. At least I think so... I'm still not done making my first player model for JK2.
