I'm trying to make a skin of a model in JK2 for MP, and so far I've done almost everything, put it into a pk3, and it still won't show in jk2 mp. In the pk3 I have the texture file, the icon file, the skin file (only a default skin, no team colors) animsounds.cfg and sounds.cfg, the model glm file, the jkb botfile and the bot script file. Under the path column all the files are in the paths they should be, and it still won't work. Yes, I read the grand sticky. If you need any more info in order to help me, please ask. Thanks.

Well, I don't know of any file hosting sites that would host a zip or a pk3 for that matter. But I can show you a picture of the zip, and the contents of the cfg files. But that's about it. I... don't really like sending e-mails to people I don't know anyway. Just a sec, I'll post a pic of the zip ect...

BTW, this is a skin, but it's also a whole new model. The model isn't changed, I just made a skin of Jacen Solo. But the game will reconize this as a different model. Or... it's supposed to. It's confusing. Here's a picture of my zip file. So... that's it. BTW also, it shows up as a bot I can use, but not a player I can be. So it sorta works. But I want to be able to use it and play as it.

Your sonds.cfg if wrong, first of all, it should just be prisoner2 on the top line, bottom line is fine. Errrm...use filefront.com for free file hosting. Id still like to see how you have your pk3 organised.

Wrong. This is the Jedi Outcast forum. His sounds.cfg was correct.

Dangit, for the second time in my time here i request some popup or something so i know which forum this is faster. Can you make them 2 different themes? Either way, im pretty sure the problems the size of your icon_default. It should be 128x128, you have it 256x256. I dont know if this is right for JO though.
