I think that this would be a problem with the texture your using. Also, did you just make a brush that shows the top of the water and empty space underneath? If so, the brush has to fill in the entire area you have water.

To make water make a giant brush where you want the water to be. Cover the brush with system/caulk-non solid. Then cover the top 2 brush faces with either yavin water or bespin water2. If you using bespin water make sure its water2. Hope that hepls :) .

reelo-thanks for your help, but I already did that.I have water.I can go through it.but my water acts like textured air.no swimming in it.when I jump in my "pool",I just fall to the bottom, and then I can walk in it. bobaandy-yes,the caulk_nonsolid brush fills the entire "pool".the textures(bespin/water2) are at the top and the bottom of the brush.Unless this is the wrong way,I realy dont know what to do.

I have this same problem... My water seems to only be an illusion if you may. I see it, it looks like water, even moves like water. BUT when i jump in, I just go to the bottom and i dont float or choke or swim or anything. I use bespin/water2
