Hello everyone, hope all is well. In my schooling of the 3D modeling program -- gmax -- I have run into, what I assume, is a common problem. How does one import (and export out, for that matter) .glm files with gmax? This may be a very simple question, I don't know, so do forgive if it is. Basically, what is the easiest way to create and manipulate Jedi Knight II models in gmax and export them into the game? Any support anyone can offer is greatly appreciated. Cheers,
well, i have 3ds max 4. i went to www.polycount.com and there is plugin there for exporting md3 files out of 3ds max 4. then from there i use the md3viewer (provided with the raven utilities) and then export it to a glm and im ready to go. im not sure this plugin will help you but it is worth a try.
milkshape 3d has a md3 exporting plugin included and you can d/l a glm importer and exporter for it as well. webpage would be www.milkshape3d.com
