Is it possible to change the music played in the background of mp maps? I want to change the old boring music on the ffa bepin map for jk2. I know how to change the duel music and I tried doing the same thing for the bespin music but it didn't work. Can anyone help me with this?

Just make a pk3 containing an mp3 file with the exact filepath and filename as the music you want to replace, and then put that pk3 in the base folder.

As long as the new pk3's name starts with any letter except A, it should play your file instead.

I don't know how, and I don't know why, but this is totally Sheep's fault.

K i keep trying to do this but it still won't work. I try renaming the mp3 and putting it in a pk3 but it changes nothing. Am I doing something wrong?

What I meant by the file path, is that it has to be in the same folder structure as the original you want to overwrite.

So, for example, if the original was music/folder/song.mp3, you'd have to call your file song.mp3, create a folder called music, create another folder inside there called folder, and then put your mp3 inside folder.

Then, you place the folder you created called music into a pk3 file, and drop it in base. That oughtta do the trick.

Sorry if I didn't explain that too well, it's gone midnight over here. *yawn*
