Ok Now I know this has probably been asked a million times... I have the trial Milkshape program and I have heard some rumors that u do not need to buy the rgistration and u can just delete the registration files or somthing like that. I have many models that I built off of orginal JKII models unfortunately Milkshape doesn't have a GLM exporter (damn fools) and i really dont have the money to buy 3D max. Now does ny one know of ny file converters that would allow me to export the models as another file and convert them to GLM then use them? If not it sok I will stick to skinning for Jedi Knight Series and just keep modeling for MP2. Or if ny one would like to use a the model to put through 3dmax to input all the crap u have to that would be great help..

Last question does ny one know a program that can open up BIF packages???

You can get gmax for free. It's discreet's free version of max. It should do the trick. And also depending on what your makeing you could make a md3 and convert it to a glm with md3View.
