If anyone can assist me with these questions, it would be greatly appreciated. I have not posted in the attempt to locate the info myself, and i have actually sent people emails requesting this information, all to no avail. I am new at mapping in JKA, but have figured out most of it on my own. Two problems still need addressed: 1) I can get npc's to spawn when the map opens, but when they die or are destroyed, how do I get them to respawn on their own. (swoops, rancors, ATst's) - Also, the Atst in the Radient program seams to be droid_atst which just follows me around...how change it to vehicle? 2) My map is way to big not to have teleports from room to room. How do I go about putting these in each room? If this has been posted somewhere else, a link would due just fine, I havent found one yet though. LK

1. I'm not sure, but I do know how to make it so when you press a button the NPC's spawn. Lets say you are making the NPC a stormtrooper. You need a target activate, deactivate, NPC, and a trigger multiple. You could probably modify this so instead of a switch, you simply walk through the trigger:

For the stormtrooper; classname: stormtrooper NPC_target: activate1 target: deactivate1 targetname: st1 count: -1

For the trigger_multiple (useflag checked); classname: trigger_multiple target: st1 targetname: button1 wait: 5

For the target_deactivate: classname: target_deactivate targetname: deactivate1 target: button1

For the target_activate: classname: target_activate targetname: activate1 target: button1

To make the atst a vehicle make a NPC_vehicle. then add the following value.

NPC_type atst_vehicle

2. A teleport is simple. simply make a trigger_teleport. then deselect the trigger_teleport and make a target_position (under the target menu when you right click. Make sure THIS IS NOT A TRIGGER_TELEPORT!!!). now deselect everything and select the trigger and the target_position (in that order). now press ctrl+K to link them. now when you touch the trigger you will be teleported to where the target_position is.

sorry for double posting, but In the teleport tutorial i gave you for the teleport change the TRIGGER_TELEPORT (in the second line) to TARGET_TELEPORT
