I used PAKspace, to open up pk3's, and I wanted to replace Desann to Maul, and Stormtrooper to CLonetrooper, so I just remaned the files, and it comes with model.glm and all textures for it's own character. But It ended up invisible, so any ideas how to get it visible?
you need to use the model for the new skin,insted of the old one I guess.

No. First, just take Maul and Clonetrooper. Then, rename FOLDER name Maul to Desann and Clonetrooper (or how is that folder called) to stormtrooper. That's all.
More proffesional way is to make npcs... If you want that, don't rename folders. Open npcs.cfg, find Desann, and there should be line:
change it to
(maul = name of folder where Darth Maul's model and skins are located)
Where can I find the npcs.cfg? I seem to cant find it. And oh yes, I'm talking about JK2 not JKA.

Heh, okay thanks, but theres a problem still intact..maul would have his saber right up the ass, and Jar Jar (replacing Jan) would have his gun protuded out of his crotch area, how the hell do i fix that lmao. If you guy dont believe that messed up shit ill take a screenshot of it lol. And oh yeah, can anyone send me jk2mp.exe I need it to launch MP mode.
Is jar-jar smaller than default model? Or the gun is too high (in throat)?
Doesn't they auto size it, sine i put same models for couple of characs, and they comes in diffrent sizes, ones bigger and one smaller (desann and reborn) And no, jar jar is bigger than jan, i think.
And it is why weapon is in his throat. Check the bones. I think bones are bad
