Would someone post the shader code (assuming its a shader code) for the visual effects of "force speed"? Thanks :smokin: + = :uhoh:

Force speed is probably an efx file. I wouldn't think it would be something you could apply to a skin.

How disappointing. Do you happen to know which file? Actually, now that you mention it, I remember finding something like heal.efx and lightning.efx a while back.

Hmm, no. You'd have to look around. I'm not sure about Force powers, but I'm relatively certain most of them are not shaders.

This is kind of interesting, I haven't found an efx for speed yet, but out of curiosity I opened confusion.efx (commonly known as Mind Trick?) and found this: Particle { spawnFlags orgOnSphere axisFromSphere rgbComponentInterpolation count 8 12 life 100 radius 8 12 height 6 10 rotation 0 360 velocity 10 0 0 -10 0 0 acceleration 10 10 10 -10 -10 -10 gravity -5 5 rgb { start 0.251 0.502 1 } alpha { end 0 parm 70 80 flags nonlinear } size { start 0 end 0.5 1 flags linear } shaders [ gfx/effects/whiteGlow ] } so i see it uses a shader, but there is more to it, possibly assignable to a skin?? If anyone knows anything about it, let me know.

Shader, in the sense that it is used, is referring to which graphic is to be used for the effect. As you can see, it is whiteglow.jpg.
