:confused:I noticed that in jedi outcast the falling to ground sounds dont play in mp mode, like trooper_bodyfall1.mp3 when i kill a stormtrooper. Actually none of the mp players make the sound. I noticed that in animsounds.cfg acts like they are wavs. I make it to say that they are mp3 but they still dont play. Anyone knows how to fix those hitting the floor sounds? I really like to hear them because it seems strange when they hit the floor but make no hit sound. (thats if they are already on the ground and just fall over) help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Uh its been 3 days is anyone able to help?

Hm, I've never encountered that problem in Outcast before. Have you got the latest sound driver build?
Formerly known as Graeme and Arld.
Did you try a reinstall?
Hmmm i never tried reinstalling but my other friend has noticed the same thing where the stormtroopers wont make that falling clank sound in multiplayer. Ill reinstall and see what happens.
Wait what sound driver build? could you tell me where to download it?
Does JK2 have an EAX feature? EAX is royally bugged in JA, so I imagine it'll be the same in JK2. Try disabling it in your sound settings, if it's there.
Thanks ill try that and see if it fixes those dang clanking sounds in multiplayer
nope doesnt work i think its a bug in the program or sound files for the players in multiplayer. Now these are just the hitting the floor sounds when they die not their yelling and stuff.
I wonder if they dont let mp bots and stuff make a clank sound for a reason. :S It works fine in sp and always has been working in sp. NOT MP :O
