I just restored my computer and my dad installed windows xp service pack 2 on the computer... and now i cant play academy... it starts to load up but then stops and in this little console thingy it says somthing about how it cant load something called an open GL subsystem... can someone plz help me?

on jk3filles my thread shows up in the latest threads list with a (20) next to it... that means it was veiwed 20 times or replied to 20 times? because if it means replied then somthings wrong because i cant see any replies so it must not be reply... sry i talk to much.

download the newest driver for your video card then its fixed ive had the same problem
where can i download that? the cards company website maybe?
hey... i used to have a thingy in my quick start bar for my video card... now i dont... i dont think my video card is installed... its in the computer but its not doing anything i dont think... ill have to try taking it out and putting it back in... maybe itll realize its in there.
this sux... i can't find the cd to install the drivers again... is there another way to get it?
okay... i have the answer... i just read in an issue of computer gaming world that windows service pack 2 makes lots of games not work corectly... so if u dont want this to happen to u i suggest u dont get service pack 2...

Look mate, ive had the same problem before, and i searched google for forums and anything to do with GL Subsytem. I was eventually told to go to the nvidia website and download their latest graphics driver, so i did, since then, no probs.Its pretty easy to follow the prompts and find the driver you need.
