as soon as i press load mod at the mod thing my screen gose white then grey and stays like that

Try deleting the mod, then reinstalling it. It also could be a matter of this mod conflicting with another custom mod you might have installed; remember this mod in particular is a 1.0 release and it is more than likely there is going to be a few compatibility issues.

That error is caused by a patch issue. Is the mod designed to work on the version of Jedi Outcast you currently have installed?
