This problem could be from a number of things:

1.) Someone spawned an npc or loaded an iilegal unsupported model.

2.) Too many skins or vehicle mods in base folder.

3.) Someone may have loaded the galak_mech model if you are running 1.01 Hope I was of some help. If I wasn't I would just suggest reinstalling jk2 and try not to put too many files into the base folder.

Almost forgot, modview doesn't support all models and/or skins. Most of the time it only supports offical models from ravensoft.

I have tried removing all of the skins but i still got the G_spawn thing. Also before when I did't have any skins I could add in single player as many people as I wanted to. I have alreay tried to re-install JK2. And do the skins from JK3 also work for JK2?

Jedi Academy models are not compatible with Jedi Outcast. Well, you can use them, but you'll look horribly disfigured ;)
