Greetings. I was hoping someone could assist me with a little assignment I've been asked to look into. At one point, our clan server for JK2 had a bot set up in it that used slot 0. The bot was set up in such a fashion that when the server was empty, the bot would join the game in slot 0. Then, when another player would join the server, the bot would be kicked automatically. This way, no problems occured when people were in the server (problems such as the well known yDFA issues). Of course, the person that had set this up for us in the past, is no longer with us, and now nobody knows how to set it back up. If anyone can tell me how to set this up for our server, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you all. [MoD]BigPapaJ Council Member Recruiting Officer

Thats easy, just host the game, and the set the Minimum Players to 2, to add a bot, if there is only 1 player.

No need to select a bot in the name list, that just is to specify which bot is to join.

So if I set the minimum players to 1, then when all the actual players leave the server, the bot will join? But then when a player joins the game, the bot will leave? Any idea how I would set that up? lol
