why can't anyone join my server? ive been trying to have friends join it for over a week and no one is helping me. i have it internet dedicated... andi leave server open. please anyone help me out. if you need any more info just ask.
It could be it lags too much. No one likes to join a laggy server... Be sure you have open slots too. Can you find your own server? And as a last attempt to make anyone join: Give a friend your IP and tell them to add it to their Favorites list and then check the list and try to join.
tell me about this server of yours and include an IP
ya, also depends on your internet connection or where yo live. i never join servers where my ping would be over 100ms, and I never join severs that are just hosted by some players... it's not the same level of quality as real servers.
giz an ip or server name and i'll come and give u a good pasting lol
if u are using an older patch version or a weird mod then a lot of people will be put off, what do u run?
stoob where you get the thing next to your name not the V the picher
u have to join as a member then go to your own profile and there are lotsa options there :)
oh i just read obi's reply properly and i'm quite offended!!!
i run my own server and it's quite professional, people always say they enjoy coming cos i run a tight ship (lamers get 1 chance then they are out of there) and run it just to have fun
all the UK players get good pings too and most eurpoeans get a reasonable ping (depending on their connection)
so visit noobshire's gentlemen's club sometime ;)
seen it somewhere i think. didn't mean to offend anybody, but... do you have 4GB of RAM? do you have dual-CPU? is your internet connection about 100mbps fast? and are you directly connected to the internet backbone? no private user is. good server hosts have their servers running directly over a internet backbone switch, which can be about 12Gbit broad. sure, no JKA game will really use that amound of hardware resources in real, but that's all the little stuff that, added, makes a server perfect to me. and you can really not compare a home-user's pc with that. :cya:
yea but still, at least there's an admin around more often than not unlike the fast ones which just get left to their own devices by the big companies :/
yea my mate works on internet coding and they have a 36gb connection in their building gimme gimme gimme!!!! lol
