Is it a skin with a surf file? I'm not sure exactly what you mean. Some screenshots might be helpful. Also, your signature image is too large. Please change it in accordance with the signature guidelines. You can find them here in the FAQ.
It's probably because your deleteing parts of the skin .jpg's or not naming the model directory right. (Example: model/kyle/arm.jpg)
Rename the kyle to the skins name.
well, its actually come with surf n shader files, the readme said to just copy it to /base directory and i did just that, i rename the name of the character folder to kyle for an example and change the name in model_default.skin also to kyle, according to the tutorial, that should replace kyle, but some of the character doesnt come out as expected, it has problems such as it load all the jpeg, that mean the character has multiple clothing as how many the character model_??.skin is.. i have tried everything, and spent countless of hours and days to fix the problems, i tried almosty everything, and some did fix the problem but some didnt, here is yuna character that i replace for kyle, it does load as kyle but the problem is, Yuna has 3 different outfit, Summoner, Song and X2 outfit, as the screenshot shows, it load all the outfit at once, so, how to fix this problem?
