I used to enjoy running servers on the Jedi Outcast. A person by many aliases has somehow kept me from hosting servers. He is either a hacker or is messing around with Jedi Outcast Server Protocol, I am not sure. All I want is my server back up. An remedy to the problem?!

first off, I would stop pointing fingers at hackers and what not... it's really hard to hack, and not EVERYONE does know how-to, wich means, most hackers are mainly programmers or developpers; those that ALREADY know how the program(s) works and what is available. Next, I would check if I got a Dynamic IP; Internet Providers doesn't really like when we host servers on our machines, as they take much more bandwith than just play or surf the web. After that, I'd review my whole Server configs. maybe there was something ereased or returned to default by a conflict in the game(remember whn you loose all your binds? well, it's possible it does same with your server config). Hope this helped
