Is there a Yoda Model anywhere?

Besides Jedi Outcast, Mod Central, and JediKnight2 Files what other skin/model sites are good?

I have WinZip, Photoshop 6, and 3D Studio Max 4. Any other programs I need?

1. Yoda model not released yet ;) trust me, when it's out you'll know hehe

2. Yes there are, jk2files is a bit troublesome lately with downloads because of the server move.. but as mush as I hate to say it, you can get many maps at jedioutcastmaps.com or you could try uffiles.com

3. Well that's all you need really to make models and skins :D Just download the SDK to get the assimilate and carcass programs to help you get your model working in JK2.

I've done a Mara Jade skin, renamed all .jpegs, and other files, changed original skin names to new ones, pk3 the skin and it finds it under setup but then doesn't work in-game. I'm at the end of my rope.

Also, I deleted the red and blue skins and associated files, is that the problem, should I delete my .bot file as well?

Try reading this thread: http://forums.filesnetwork.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=4340 Look for the 5th post by zaklamp.. the problem might be with the way you did your .skin files.

thank you EXiT.

I have one other problem, When I use Studio Max or Milkshape to work and models. The .glm file won't open in them so how do I open it. Also, my modelviewer from the editing tools pack from Raven says can't open without initialization. What do I initialize?

P.S. you are really great at helping.

i'm not sure if there's an import plugin for 3dsmax yet, but if you want to make a model you start to make it around the root.xsi or something like that then you export it as an md3 when you finish it, then you open md3view that comes with the jk2editing tools, then you choose convert to .glm or export as .glm and voila you're set :)

as to the root.xsi thing there's a tutorial out there by spacemonkey appleby, but i can't remember the link, exit will probably know

I've figured out how to open the .glm in Milkshape by importing, but what do I export it to to open it in Studio Max, I've tried .mds by Quake III but it won't open or import into Max.

Also how do I stretch a model's head with milkshape or max?

Unless he's a complete fool...

Everyone and their mother will have this model...Yoda is one of the SWEETEST models out there, besides the Fetts, Vader, Maul, etc.

It's better than all those though!

Anyway I forgot the link for the forum with the info, long ass post on that forum, but anyway, u gotta check out this awesome looking tuskan raider mod--it looks like it came from the movie!
