The only rule is that your clan has to have a website, and you have to be a lightside-based clan. Also you wont be able to fight any of us and we won't fight you.

What does JACH stand for... are you a light-based clan? visit the forums in JOC's site for more info... i am becoming allies with them so i am also setting up a meeting between a bunch of clan leaders to form the organization UCA (United Clan Association). Check the site.
