Hey guys i decided too to post a pic of my map. to get some feedback and help me improve it. First of all an most importantly dont pay atention to te textures, most of them migt not even be in the final release i just wanted an idea of what it could look like.

To explain this is the south level, i got the main level and two small stockage rooms with trigable doors and alarm system. there are a few bugs that i am trying to fix now and some Brushes are missing which i must add. so this i far from final though it still gives you a main idea. :D

so i the meantime enjoy!!!

I would hope so, 2 of them look ported :).

Good start otherwise though, hopefully if I get enough done soon I will post my WIP thread. Just needs some lighting/non - metal compile/screenshots. Some of the surrounding buildings that aren't part of the main deal also look odd.

lost the default water shadder, it looks horrible. try looking at the one in midgar v3 or Atlantica

Still good for not being really textured yet, a custom skybox though that looks more like it did in kotor would be nice.

well I dontt hink hes using a broken water shader

I'm allways having trouble with watershaders if I start JKA directly from the the map compiler the water shaders look like they are solid

never said it was broken, just stating that its really ugly, and that are ones leaps and bounds better looking than that that he could look at. Think of this to, that shader was designed for the first level of JK4, where it's a dirty, swampy, forestry area. kinda out of place in a city fountain.

lol guys I told you dont pay attention to the textures they are just there cause all caulk or nobrush would look great to see details and all.

and macecrusher, im not sure they are, i took those from the tarisrp map on jk3files. i wont use them if idont have permission but please dont pay attention to the textures i know the water is ugly just the first time i use water in a map and i wanted to see how it would work and works fine.

and finally im not good for making skyboxes, making them fit so that no line is seen.

PS: mace were you talking about your map or min ethat some exterioir bulding looked ood. Cause i know mine look weireder than in gtk radient

Yours. They dont seem to match as well to the curvature of the apartment type buildings.

ok.... I've realised something at that water texture this water texture seems to be from SWBF2 ! it's either from Dagobah or Kashyyyk , atleast it looks pretty much the same

lemme check the textures again just to be 100% sure .......
