If I remember correctly you can specify a target to be used at the beginning of the round in the siege definition file. You could use that to do siege-only logic. Besides that you can use the targets shot by info_player_*** when they spawn somebody.

Though it would be nice if one could just script this...

Well I like Nabs Idea; Putting it into three separate maps. But then the next question would be; Should it be like the Battle Over Coruscant, where he had 2 different pk3 files. Or would I be better off with having the 3 different maps in the same pk3?

If you're adding a bunch of new textures for your maps to use, it's highly inefficient to use separate PK3s because you'll have to include the textures in each.

If you're just using base textures, hey, why not separate them? But that's all up to you.

It's scriptable, and as Seto pointed out it can be done. It would require some clever scripting. Personally I've just had better success separating the map files.
