hello everybody,i am new at creating skin, specially opening GLM blabla...i have got a skin which have's wings,but i dont wanna wings...,i wanna cape to this skin,i think i must change something in model.glm but i dont know what should i do?, please help ^^ thanks you for everything...

Well, first thing you have to do is get either 3ds Max or XSI Mod Tools. Then you'll need the JA skeleton (the Max version is on Psyk0sith's site, the XSI version is uploaded on Filefront, links to both in the Master Sticky). Import the .glm, scale the model to fit the skeleton, mix in the parts you want, align all the pivots to the stupid triangle, set up the hierarchy, rig the model, export as a .xsi, open up Assimilate, add the _humanoid.gla and hit the big bold B. Simple, no?

learned weighing a few days ago

and yeah, you're right, it's pretty easy... you just need to get the hang of it and get orientated of how things work in modtool since its so different from 3dsmax :D

also thanx to eclypse for the uber awesome tut :D

Everything is easy for those who already can. Maybe it's too confusing for people who don't know alot about modding to even get interested in learning it. (...) and ofcource there are some people who are lazier than others..
